At GlobalSignIn, we take security and data integrity of our clients very seriously. We are constantly updating and improving our software so as to keep abreast of security threats out there. Here is an overview of the security features that we have put into place:
Security @ Physical Server Level (Tier 1)
So as to guarantee excellent network connectivity and minimal downtime, we house our servers in 2 reputable, respectable and geographically separated data centers:
We maximize the security of our web applications through multiple-layer physical and network security. Our data centers use Cisco Guard and Arbor Peakflow to protect against any potential attacks.
Security @ Network Connection Level (Tier 2)
To protect against hackers eavesdropping over the network connection, we use secure HTTP (HTTPS) (HTTP over encrypted Secure Sockets Layer) when capturing data online.
(This is an optional feature, which are available if needed.)
Security @ Operating System Level (Tier 3)
On top of using a Cisco Certified Network, which is providing the network firewall system, we also use Linux firewall to add an additional layer of protection at Operating System level.
Security @ Software Level (Tier 4)
Our web applications are built on top of our legacy Evaa framework, which provides additional level of protection at software level. Evaa guarantees protection against various known attacks including generic SQL injection attacks and Cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
